Katherine Rummler, better known as Cathy, was born on April 19, 1971, in Richland, Washington, United States. Katherine graduated from Richland High School in Richland, Washington. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington. He also received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. During her time at the Georgetown University Law Center, she was the editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Law Journal.
