Early Life of Ghazal Alaghi
Ghazal was born on 2 September 1988 in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Ghazal Alagh was born and brought up in Gurgaon and attended Panjab University for BCA (Information Technology) and postgraduate studies. In addition, he attended the School of Visual Arts in New York for a summer intensive study in Modern Art, Design, and Applied Arts.
She then returned to India, where she exhibited her work at both national and international levels. Due to her passion for painting and her unique style, Ghazal is one of the top 10 female artists of India. Ghazal had no intention of doing business from the very beginning. Ghazal Alagh obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Panjab University after completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Corporate trainer-turned-artist and entrepreneur Ghazal Alagh co-founded Mamaearth, which aims to make early parenthood stress-free. She is in charge of product development and community management at Mamaearth. She collaborates with a broad group of moms-to-be to create a product line that addresses issues that moms experience everyday.
When Ghazal became a mother and struggled to locate chemical-free items for her son Agastya, she came up with the idea of a toxin-free baby products line. Ghazal has been included in India’s top 10 female musicians nationally and internationally, and is a successful entrepreneur and dedicated mother.
Ghazal began his career as a corporate trainer with NIIT, where he educated managers and engineers from several IT professions in SQL, J2ME and Oracle.
In 2018, he won the Best Brand of the Year award for Mamaearth. In addition, he was included in the 40 under 40 list of the Economic Times in 2019. In 2019, Ghazal received the Super Startup Asia Award. Ghazal has also been given the Nielsen Award.

Varun is her husband separately, and the couple has a child named Agastya Alagh. Mama Earth was developed by Ghazal and Varun to bring chemical and toxin free skincare to India.
