JayEuan Marchen (born 1963) is an American judge and attorney. He is now the acting judge for the New York County Supreme Court. He has been actively practicing law for almost three decades.

Juan Marchen started his legal practice in 1994 after receiving his law degree. That same year, he began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Trial Division of the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
After four years in that position, he was promoted to the Investigations Division in 1998, where he remained for about a year. He began working for the New York State Attorney General in 1999 and remained there until 2006.
He began his career as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Nassau County region. He was eventually promoted to assistant attorney general in charge of affirmative litigation (Nassau and Suffolk counties) and assistant attorney general in charge (Nassau County territory) over the next seven years.
