Molly Ephraim is an American actress who has appeared in films, Broadway, Off-Broadway, television and regional theater productions. She is best known for her role as Mandy Baxter in the ABC sitcom Last Man Standing from 2011 to 2017.

Molly Ephraim was born on 22 May 1986 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, and raised Jewish. As a child, Ephraim performed in plays at the Bucks County Playhouse, and as a teenager he appeared in professional productions at the Prince Music Theater and the Arden Theater Company in Philadelphia.
Molly completed her secondary education at a local high school in Philadelphia. He earned a BA in Religious Studies from Princeton University in 2008.
