Tom Pelfrey was born on 28 July 1982 in Howell, New Jersey, USA. He was raised in New Jersey with his parents Laurie and Richard Pelfrey. He began to improve his acting skills in high school, after which he attended the FPAC at Howell High.
Tom has a BFA in acting from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. He also received his Shakespeare studies at the Globe Theater in London, England.
